BIO

Lorenzo Cibrario is a writer, music curator, and resident DJ of Soho Radio.

He curated the exhibition Spaghetti Disco (2016) on Italian disco, worked as a cultural anthropologist for the movie Distant Planet: The Six Chapters of Simona (2018), on Italo Disco, and wrote and produced ITALIA 70: the sound of political dissent, a series of podcast on the music that scored the Years of Lead. He is also currently working on a book about the history of queer clubbing in Italy. Soho radio’s Technicolor is his show about soundtracks and library music, and he’s often guest at NTS radio.
